Employment contracts that are drafted in accordance with the very latest legislation and case law do not only avoid day-to-day disputes, they pay off in particular in cases of termination disputes. When drafting employment contracts, we pay particular attention to the extensive case law of the Federal Employment Court governing standard terms and conditions of employment and fixed-term contracts.
